Tour for a long bike ride is tough. You have to build up your physical endurance beyond the average workout and train your muscles and cardiovascular system to withstand the distance.
All the rides assume that you are comfortable riding with traffic. They are not for beginners or young children on their own bikes. Most of the travel is on quiet streets and roads.
This Krabi cycle ride takes you through the countryside outside Aonang.
It passes Ban Nateen, Ban Nong Thale and Ban Nai Sa surrounded by limestone formations with magnificent mountains.
One day khao-honnak trekking/walking Distance: 7.4 km (Height 565m.)
This trip does not include cycling. Its actually a walking trip.
Khao Hon Nak is a steep limestone mountain near to TubKaek beach. Its a prominant point with views 360 degrees both out to see and to land. Its an amazing view by any standards. The starting point is located to the north-west of Aonang about 15 kilometers.. The Trail is part of The National Park - Nopparattara Beach - Phi Phi Islands so is protected and maintained. The pathway is well marked with also tree names labeled along the way. The walk takes about 2 hours each way to cover the full 3.7 up to 565 meters above sea level. The actual walk is very pleasant though, most is on good easy to see pathways, but there are a few more rocky places. There is also a view point about half way up, so its well worth the walk even if you don't feel like going to the top. Really, (I know I'm repeating myself), the view is mindblowing.

8:30 Pick up from you hotel around Aonang
09:15 Arrive Tup Prik village north of Ao-nang, place to start. After meeting your tour guide and setting up your bike, we pedal along a quiet road. Beautiful scenery surrounds with mountains all around you, with a large palm oil plantations and rubber farms in the area. The tour includes some up and down hill sections in both the shade and the sun.
11:00 approx. Reaching the "Dead end" we arrive at Phanom Benja national park visiting the lovely waterfall known as Hua Tho. Enjoy the cold and refreshing waterfall, take some photos and go for a swim.
Refill with some local energy snacks, before heading back to the car. We then continue to ride following the local main road. That way we use a different route passing the different Thai style houses. Here a few cars will be seen.
13:00 Refreshing cold towel and drinks before back to your hotel. Enjoy your success in exploring the real Thailand.

08:30 Pick up from your hotel.
Starting with a quick safety briefing on mountain biking, we pedal along Nopparatthara beach or as the local people know it "Had Klong Heang". Here we will see a variety of local boats. As we move along you will experience the fantastic sight of local lifestyle, and see how local people do their daily work. We bike passed Ao-nang village toward Ao-Nam Mao to visit the fish farm called "Nemo farm". There are many different kinds of marine life to be seen. The farm belongs to the government, where they work with and research marine creatures. The end of the tour will experience to make Batik painting in local community called Ban Na Teen.
13:00 Refreshing with cold drink, soft drink, banana and cool towel before back to hotel.

09:00 We start cycling north-west through villages, farms and spectacular mountains. All terrain tour include flat roads and hills. 11:00 Visit Tha Pom Klong Song Nam. It is swamp forest and nature learning trail ecological system.
