A real slice of Krabi Culture visiting one of the most impressive Buddhist Temples in the whole of Thailand. There are also steps leading up the mountain to see giant Buddhas and one of the most spectacular views you will ever see!
The caves at ground level are set into some of the only original Krabi rainforest still existing. You'll be amazed at the size of the trees.
There are several walkways and steps going into some of the lower level caves where you will find shrines and Buddhas. Monks still use these places for meditation and its easy to see why. The interior of the mountain is a very peaceful and serene place.
You can also take the 1247 step climb up to the top of the mountain where there is another temple area with many Buddhas, one a giant Buddha visible at the top of the mountain from all of Krabi. The view from the top is well worth the effort.
Another activity that can be combined with this trip is ATV. The route takes you through the local countryside and plantations around the temple. 1 or 2 hour trips can be arranged. (just let us know in the message box when you send your enquiry)

We can also arrange a Tiger Cave Temple visit on the way to or from the airport.
This tour can be morning or afternoon. You can choose your start time. Time at Tiger Cave temple is flexible, normally about 4-5 hours is enough time to see everything and climb to the top of the mountain and back. You can make it half day either morning or afternoon.
A guide is not essential as everything at the temple is clearly marked.
